Appointment was 3pm. Showed up early 2:30pm. was told to come back at 3 and was assigned a door and told to wait for loader to come get paperwork’s. 3 hours later still not loaded. Now I’m not going to make my delivery time. Even the broker had to call them. Do not wish to come back here.
