This is the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Megan and the hygienists are all very professional and kind. You can really tell they care about your dental health, and no one tries to push unnecessary treatments. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable!

Columbia City Dental stopped taking my insurance without any warning, forcing me to cancel a necessary appointment or pay an unknown amount out-of-pocket. Then they decided not to accept any insurance whatsoever - and require patients to pay in full out-of-pocket for all procedures at the time of service - without bothering to proactively tell patients of the change during open enrollment. Be aware if you have to cancel an appointment, even if it is due to being sick and not wanting to infect anyone, you will have to wait 6 months to get another one.

Been going here for at least ten years. They suddenly cancelled my appointment with no notice. I only found out after I already took time off work and drove in. They have no appointments until fall, even though they're the ones who cancelled on me and cost me the commute time, time off work, and now having to find a new dentist. Zero notice! I found out when walking in. I understand when there are surprise staffing changes that things have to be shifted. Make a damn phone call to the patient when screwing them over!

RUDE receptionist. Don't go here. Told me they aren't taking new patients but my friend called a few minutes later and they sure didn't have a problem accepting them!
