A few months ago I took my car there because I was having trouble with my car declining speed. I have Car Shield and with me being a woman I don't know anything about cars so I trusted their opinion. He said the issue was there was a hole in my heating coil and thats one of the things that Car Shield does not cover. I paid $458 for my car to get fixed. My Silverado has the GM Cold Air intake from the factory, and they wouldn’t change my air filter as they thought it was aftermarket. After telling them it was not a K&N oiled filter, they insisted it was. I then ordered the part from Cadillac service right next door. Unfortunate that they have people servicing vehicles without the knowledge needed to do so. Update: Against my best judgement, came here again for an oil change and tire rotation. Great extra effort by the Service Mgr to identify and fix my Tahoes problem!
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me they would check all of my fluids and top them off. 2 days later my light comes on that I needed window washer fluid. Not believing they did the fluid check like they stated.
