Columbia Bookkeeping got our business tax records done in record time, but their ability to respond to phone calls was terrible. Their communication was awful and the only way I could get a response from them was to stop in the office or to leave multiple messages pleading for a call back. I never received an invoice from them even after repeated phone calls to send us one. I wrote the final check for $300 on 2/15/13 and they didn't cash the check until 12/30/13.
