I live in Pendleton, OR, there was no in-network oral surgeon within a 4 hr drive, they agreed to pay in-network for a surgeon in Kennewick. I informed the scheduler of this when I made my appt and asked them to confirm with my insurance before my appt. They did not, I was sitting in the chair when I was given the charges, I said I’d wait for them to call insurance. Recommendedwas a very pleasant experience! Dr. Cooper was awesome! & very kind! they made me feel very comfortable before, during and after surgery! would recommend them to anyone needing a service like theirs!
the music was a very good distraction from the work being done in my mouth. The pain wasn't bad at all. Not as bad as I expected.
Great treatment from the doctor and staff.they made me feel at ease.
Staff is personable and Dr. Toponce was very thorough in his explanation and responded to any question I had.

I am and have been always happy with the service I received. if you have any questions they are there for you. they really do care about your health, and the oral surgeons are really awesome, the whole staff is awesome. I would like to say thank you to Columbia Basin oral for such great service.
The staff is super friendly and professional. Dr Cooper is great! he explains things so well on what is being done and expected outcomes.He made the whole process seem not so scary. He was very accommodating as to the day I could have surgery. He made it happen and I can't thank him enough
I have dental anxiety fairly badly. My experience was easy going and follow up was very helpful
We we're very happy with all their staff from being checked in,to being taken back and having the procedure done. Everyone was very on point with making sure my daughter new what they were going to do and what they would do if there were any complications with her blood sugars dropping. At no time ever did I feel uncomfortable leaving her. So I'd Like to thank you all for taking care of my girl so good.
