I live in Pendleton, OR, there was no in-network oral surgeon within a 4 hr drive, they agreed to pay in-network for a surgeon in Kennewick. I informed the scheduler of this when I made my appt and asked them to confirm with my insurance before my appt. They did not, I was sitting in the chair when I was given the charges, I said I’d wait for them to call insurance.
