The compressor switch on our central air went out on a day it was 97°. We were put on the schedule that afternoon and they had it fixed and us back on line in 10 minutes. We have made Columbia Basin Heating and Cooling our only heating and cooling service provider. I would recommend them with a 5 star review.
I thank God for Columbia Basin Heating and Cooling Services!! My air conditioner stopped working yesterday (Friday), around 11:30 am... Within hours (mid-afternoon) it was back working!!!! I was so stressed 😥, was expecting family from our of town...called the company that installed the unit, but found out they weren't in business any more😔; what am I going to do?! We have had an amazing experience working with Paul and his team at Columbia Basin Heating and Cooling. They got us scheduled and the job done faster than any of the other places and at a better rate. Definitely will be recommending them to our friends and family.
I don’t often leave reviews but in this case knew I wanted to! I will definitely be a return customer for Columbia Basin Heating and Cooling! Paul was super quick to respond, and arrange his schedule to help us out quickly at a busy time of year. He worked late to fit us in so that we could have our AC running before a heat spell. They went above and beyond and the bill was VERY reasonable!
I would completely recommend Columbia Basin Heating And Cooling! I contacted them after entering my mother's house and discovering the temperature was quickly climbing despite the unit running and the thermostat set to 74. It was during a very hot spell in the area, and we were planing a trip and I didn't want the unit to burn up while we were gone.
