I called Columbia Basin Cooling and Heating and Paul called me right away and setup an appointment right away. He fixed to problem and was very honest in his estimate. I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness that he I'll be the guy I chose to do all my maintenance or whatever I need. I highly recommend him. He's a good guy!
Extremely pleased with the service I received. My AC stopped cooling and a reset just wasn't doing it. We were about to have 3 days of almost triple digit heat. Two other places I called were 1 week out and Columbia Basin Heating & Cooling was able to come the same day. The 2 gentlemen were able to get it cooling and going again in about 30 minutes. Will definitely save their number for any future issues. Very speedy and great professional service.
I called for my air conditioner repair. Paul was there within an hour. Fixed the AC fast. Was very polite and professional.
