Useless office staff at the front desk. They are always on their phones. If you ask them a question, they're rude, or they're a deer in the headlights and they don't bother to ask another staff member the question, gaze turns right back to their phone. When you call them to get information, they all say "uh huh, uh huh, uh huh, yeah, uh buh bye." Great doctors, but several uncompassionate schedulers with no empathy and very unprofessional behavior. Once you are past half a dozen super catty office staff with the same hairstyle, the care is really great with the medical providers. The clinic manager has no interest in correcting her minions or returning phone calls to discuss one of her staff in particular that has a terrible attitude problem, her reply to my complaint - "these ladies are on the front lines getting yelled at every day!" Awesome medical providers always seem to be gatekept by incompetent schedulers. Once you are past half a dozen office staff with the same hairstyle, the care is great.
Everyone has been caring and patient. I appreciate their supportive attitude.
