Got are roof done with CBX. Looks good but they were supposed to do the siding too! No calls etc. no follow through. The billing department people are rude! I’m surprised with all the good reviews. My experience with CBX was a disappointment.
Homeowners Beware! Get EVERYTHING in writing!! My experience with CBX Roofs can be summed up in 1 word “DISASTER”. Like many others in the Liberty Lake area, our house suffered hail damage to the roof and gutters, and CBX was there to provide a complete reinstallation. After discussing the options with Kaipo and Austin, I was impressed with their knowledge of roofing, and they had all the right answers. The previous roof installation had some issues with insufficient drainage and leaks, and CBX corrected everything.
