Maintenance, laundry, housekeeping, activity, and therapy staff are all great! The food is pretty good most of the time, lots of activities to do during the day, therapy is always working with you during your stay. The rooms are outdated and need to be renovated, but they are always very clean and everything is in good repair. The laundry and housekeeping girls are very sweet and do a great job cleaning, they make sure to not be in the way or bothersome, and will come back later. Working here was my favorite place, until management showed their true colors. They target strong personalities, calling them “Bullies” when advocating for your residents is top priority. They would rather keep employees who neglect the residents and are not fit for this type of work rather than people who are hard working, dedicated, and loved by all staff and residents. They are running this place into the ground and I feel so sorry for the residents lives who are going to suffer because of it.
