2 encounters of utter staff rudeness so far. My mother is in this care facility and the staff there are supposed to be respectful towards residents and their visiting family members. Their job there is to take care of residents and attend to them in an efficient and timely manner instead of sitting around twiddling their thumbs and if a family member is trying to be helpful not only to the family member residing there or other residents or if a visiting family member is trying to help the staff by telling them the food tray ... read more
Maintenance, laundry, housekeeping, activity, and therapy staff are all great! The food is pretty good most of the time, lots of activities to do during the day, therapy is always working with you during your stay. The rooms are outdated and need to be renovated, but they are always very clean and everything is in good repair. The laundry and housekeeping girls are very sweet and do a great job cleaning, they make sure to not be in the way or bothersome, and will come back later.
