My friends car broke down, and Rich took time out of his Saturday to come down to the shop and help us out. I cannot say enough nice things about him and this shop. Will be recommending to anyone and everyone.
Rich is amazing! We have a 2000 F250 4x4 that has never had any work done on it, low mileage. We were dreading what it was going cost for the updates and he was very reasonable, and above and beyond making the vehicle safe for our SNOWY drives to Canada! Thanks Rich!
Moving from Montana to Western Washington we experienced a near meltdown (largely courtesy of U-Haul--another story). Arrived late into Moses Lake and found an ad for Columbia Basin. I called the number and was directed to an after hours emergency number. Rich answered and arranged to meet me an hour and a half before opening the next morning.
