I would 100 star this location if I could!! My family was driving to Seattle from Spokane to catch a red-eye (international) flight when our alternator died along I-90 just at the first exit of Moses Lake. It was after 5:00pm and we immediately starting calling places for help. Bryce answered the phone (right at the close of their business hours!) allowed me my distressful explanation and then calmly took my info to check to see what he had. 70 or so days for an engine swap, and couldn't even put on hose clamps and tighten bolts correctly ... horrible quality of work and I was disgusted by how long it took to do a job a few guys could do in a weekend. worst part is their lack of initiative to work with insurance. these guys are a joke and a disgrace to mechanics. don't let them touch your stuff unless you like an empty wallet, and some clean up work when they're done. I'm serious, just take your vehicle anywhere else. literally anywhere

I'm recommending not having any work done with this shop, but if you do don't leave your vehicle overnight unless you don't mind having less gas, 100 more miles on it and something else completely unrelated wrong with it when you get it back.
