I came here to deposit a check for my dad with his card for them to find with a check with his name on it. They asked to verify info and which i did with no problems. They asked for my ID and SSN. My dad may have a white name but that’s not an excuse to be subject to even small forms of racism.

Great union type bank and great alternative to chain corporate banking. Grat financial services. Highly recommended banking alternative, since they have some better deals on loans.
I had a very disappointing experience at Columbia Bank yesterday. As someone whose first language is not English, I sometimes struggle to understand everything and usually rely on asking questions or using a translator. At other banks, staff are patient and respectful, but here it was the opposite. The employee’s attitude was extremely unprofessional. Very friendly and community oriented. I gave only 4 stars because the times posted on line here are incorrect and this is the 3rd time I've gone to get service at the drive up window and it was closed. Your drive up window closes at 1PM on Saturday!!! Why is it STILL listed as 2 PM??? Please fix this. Time on a Saturday is precious. I need to update to 5 stars!! This is a terrific bank with exceptionally nice and professional tellers who always give excellent service. The times were changed and all is well!!
