I had an issue of charges be made to my account that I didn’t do. Kathleen Rose Tunney & Darnell McLeod both was friendly, helpful, & what was a stressful moment for me- helped me get my money back and I can’t say enough good stuff about this location and these two Awesome employees there! Very friendly people and very helpful . This is the bank I go to.
I went to two different branches One was friendly. But gave incorrect information on the phone. The other one was hostile. She said "Do you live in the USA after I gave her my US license." That made me laugh, and sad. I've decided not to use Columbia Bank after these experiences.
I came here to deposit a check for my dad with his card for them to find with a check with his name on it. They asked to verify info and which i did with no problems. They asked for my ID and SSN. My dad may have a white name but that’s not an excuse to be subject to even small forms of racism.
