Tried to open an account today. Was directed to work with Martin. He was extremely rude and could not help me. I had all the correct documents and the funds. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service.
Having been a customer for about 20 years and 3 name changes it looks like it's time to find a new bank. Make sure you don't get "their" credit card, it's a 3rd party. Way to screw the customers.
Google maps shows hours open at 9am. I arrived and they don’t open til 10. Branch needs to update hours on Google.
Keizer branch has very little sitting room and seemed shorthanded. Very long wait and I finally walked out.
I was looking to deposit a large amount of cash and open an account when they couldn't help me. I was extremely disappointed. They encouraged me to come back when they had more staff. I have very limited time during "banking hours". Very sad to be turned away by a bank in my own backyard.
