From scheduling to service, they were attentive. I only had one problem regarding the waiting time for the inspection, which took much longer than I imagined, but this did not affect my understanding of what happened. I recommend it.
What an awesome guy Hugo is; he got me an incredible deal on my repair. He makes this place an asset to the neighborhood.
I have driven past this shop everyday to go to the dealer and pay more than double the price. Their customer service was good and were able to have me get an oil change done with no appointment within 2 hours. Good first experience. They're going to be my home base now.
I brought my car in to change the two front tires, and I appreciated the ride they provided to take me home; that was a kind gesture. However, I am rating this because the tire rim covers were severely scratched when I picked up my car. When I inquired about the scratches, they told me it was normal, so I left it. After driving my car, I noticed that one of the covers was broken and had fallen off. I don't believe this is how to treat a customer, especially since I am a woman.
