Columbia Auto Body was terrific! The car needed extended repair to the entire rear end after a collision from the another driver. Thoughout the time my car was at Columbia I received weekly texts regarding the process of repairing my vehicle. The work was completed a few days before the extimated time, and the car looks like new. I so appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of each one of the staff that I met. Thank you, Columbia. I will refer Columbia to all my family and friends.
Quick turn around in replacing and painting door. Performing warranty paint repair was pretty Denver. But… Left washer fluid disconnected, multiple clips missing/broken, trim pieces not put back correctly. Fender trim separating.
Reasonably priced. Quick service. Car looks like it’s brand new (a young, newly licensed man backed into my car, resulting in minor damage). They detailed and cleaned the car before returning. Will definitely go back should I need future services.
These guys somehow talked my insurance company into $15,000 of repairs on a truck valued at $19,000, then stuck me with a $4,000 emissions repair after. They pushed the completion date several times by days at a time, with communication all being one sided from me. After waiting weeks to get the truck back the insurance company wanted more diagnostics to see if the catalytic converter was damaged in the accident or not.
