Things have went very downhill in the last year. It is incredibly hard to get anyone to call you back, especially for any billing issues. A receptionist told me they refuse to allow their billing person to have more hours, and will only pay them part time, even though it is clear they cannot do the work in the time they’ve been allowed. They also just shut down their Clackamas office without notifying their patients prior to doing so, and now they are calling after the fact telling us we need to travel to the Gresham or Tiga... read more
I’ve never come across an office that was this poorly managed. I had to try nearly everyday for 3 weeks before I could pay a bill! At least someone had informed me that the online payment system wasn’t working, but when I called- the billing extension line just went dead every time. When I tried the other extensions no one answered and no one answered the klara messaging either. Finally someone called me so I could pay and he promised to follow up. So far they are great. We didn't have to wait long before we were called back. They ladies upfront are super nice. I was able to find it easily as I live in Beaverton.
This is one of the most unprofessional businesses, its more like a scam than a business. No customer service, nobody answers email or phone calls. You have to wait on them and the wait time is unlimited, it can take up to a year or forever. If you are referred to this place by your provider please talk to them and change it they waste your time you will get nothing out of this place or people. The good reviews are all from their own people in the office. (Scam)
This place is a joke. Charged me twice. No one answers the phone nor do they call you back. Done. BEWARE! BAD, BAD, BAD !!!
