Bought our compressor, Anna and John has been very helpful, specially John. This guy knows his stuff, when ever we has an issue, John has always go above and beyond to help us fixing our problem, appreciate everything you guys do over there, Nardi Air is lucky to have John around.
Bought our compressor from Nardi Americas in 2017. Nancy and John have been our best resource for troubleshooting issues and ordering the parts we need to stay up and running. It's great to have someone we can call who will provide us with honest answers and advice!
Nancy has the greatest customer service skills anywhere in any industry. Sadly, John has the worst. Our company will never buy another product. John single handedly killed a 20 year long relationship. Don’t let him talk to your clients. Nancy made it super easy to make a large purchase. Sadly, John is responsible for support.
