Great staff but not equipped with billing process in medical billing. Has an urgent situation and we were covered by IEHP but our coverage was not updated,so loops and several calls about medi-cal they will send a form to do a retro billing which urgent care could've done. So for that, they need to get trained about doing a retro billing,so for that 4 stars and that goes to the doctors not to billers. So disappointing!!
Yesterday we had the pleasure to be seen by Eric. He treated my son with his dislocated finger,he was caring and patient in such a stressful time he handled it with ease and walked my son through the whole thing!wish more pc’s were as patient and caring as he was.
I'm glad I found this place. I went to two other urgent care centers for a pre-employment physical, and they would not get it together. I came here, they saw my paperwork, and then sprung into action. The reception staff, the back office staff, and the PA were attentive, professional, and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend this urgent care facility for your non-emergency needs.
Impatient personnel particularly PA. Find another location to go to!
