The best urgent care in the I.E miss Jennifer at the front desk is awesome also analexis who took my vitals is awesome as well,very pleasant and patient. Alma made my discharge process fast and easy the best team hands down 💪🏾🙌🏾

Great staff but not equipped with billing process in medical billing. Has an urgent situation and we were covered by IEHP but our coverage was not updated,so loops and several calls about medi-cal they will send a form to do a retro billing which urgent care could've done. So for that, they need to get trained about doing a retro billing,so for that 4 stars and that goes to the doctors not to billers. So disappointing!!
