I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. Despite there being no crowd in the lobby, I waited over three hours to be seen. The front desk staff was friendly, but the doctor inside was rude and dismissive. I came in with a high fever and a bad cough that had lasted two days, but instead of offering any real help or prescriptions, I was just told to buy over-the-counter meds. Horrible place do not go. Went i regretted waste of time & money. The tall ex ray tec Needs refresher course on compation & sensitivity. All I see are excuses from your office reviews.
The staff is very friendly and helpful the place is very clean as well. The wait was not long to be seen.
