Dont come here!! First time here we sat and waited about 8 hrs no lie. We didnt leave bcuz i had 2 sick kids and we got a ride here. This morning i scheduled online for my daughter and booked a 12:15, we were here by noon and checked into the kiosk as instructed. We sat and are still waiting 2 hrs later. I asked around 1 and was told i didnt let them know we arrived( i did on kiosk) she said 4 ppl ahead of us. Alma was wonderful, they are quick and very efficient. Also all the girls in the front . The attending physician was very nice and really had a listening ear. Love this place.

Shout out to the medical assistant alyssa she was very helpful and super kind. Over all my go to urgent care always making me feel better and very professional!
Normally good service today not. Appointment made yesterday for 12 noon my had an appointment at 1pm figured I would be seen and out by 12:30 ample time to get to see her appointment. I left at 12:38 without seeing anyone. Should have made the appointment at 10am so I could make my wife's 1 pm appointment. Lobby wasn't even crowded! It's a shame this urgent care is nice, but we'll be looking for another EC.
