Colton was absolutely fantastic! He was responsive at all times and answered all of our questions, large and small. As first-time home buyers, we felt very comfortable as Colton had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. He recommended great lenders, inspectors, etc. Colton even recommended vetted vendors for small repairs on the house after purchase. He was even willing to schedule these repairs on our behalf. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be working with Colton on our next purchase!

Colton was such an incredible realtor. He offered his professional advice while understanding and holding me accountable to what I said that I wanted. He was very available for showings and I love the systems that he uses to send you updates on homes within your search criteria.
