It was very professional, they were very helpful and concern at all times that we had everything that we needed, Mr Ruben and Mr Elmer help us throughout the viewing process and always making sure that we were aware of every thing happening during the 4 hours we were there, very polite and professional, and caring about this whole process. We are very pleased with the service they provide and also very respectful at the time of closing the casket thank you for all the help and support
