I finally thought I had found a good orthodontist, but my most recent visit was very disappointing.The orthodontist (a Hispanic woman whose name I did not get) was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the consultation. This was a required second consultation, as staff had told me I needed. On the phone, I was told I would need a new consultation; otherwise, I could have continued with the original treatment plan from five months ago, which was cheaper. Very happy with this dental office. I was referred by a coworker and am very glad I went. Very kind gentle dentist, excellent office staff and assistants working directly with the dentists are wonderful! I do not regret leaving my old dentist and coming to this one. Best dental office ever. Very nice and professional staff. Monse is the best at what she does and I couldn't be happier. I recommend to anyone who needs a dentist. They took care of me and my family and treated us with with professionalism and respect. Dr Patel is wonderful and knowledgeable.
