I am so disappointed. I've had alterations done here in the past and didnt think a zig zag stitch was going to be an issue. I thought it was a very simple alteration to be done which is why i brought them in.He did say it wouldn't look the same but come on this is unacceptable. I could of done this at home. 1 star for being on time and 1 star for not lying about it not looking the same.

Seriously, I came here only because it was close to my home. I left with a better understanding of excellent service-- defining five stars. Looks family owned. I called before I came and they answered the phone quickly. Then I drove over and exactly what they said on the phone, they would take care of me for. They gave me a reasonable time to wait and a reasonable price. I do not have many clothes that need to be dry cleaned, but when I need them taken care of, this is the first place I will think of. Tell your friends.
Very professional and accommodating! They were able to get my suits ready in time and expedited the process. Highly recommend!
