Dr. Briggs asks very good questions and is also a good listener. It allows him to make sound evaluations and appropriate treatment plans. I feel confident trusting Dr. Colton with my care.
I started seeing Dr. Briggs last year, and my experience has been excellent. He always takes the time to listen, answers questions thoroughly, and explains both the pros and cons of different options. I never feel pressured into a particular decision. He helps me understand my choices and supports what is right for me. Most importantly, I genuinely feel that he cares about me as a person, not just a patient. Highly recommend.
I called to make a new patient appt but wanted to make sure the doctor would continue medication I’ve been on for 2 years before I wasted my time and money with an appt. Doctor Briggs stated he would have to see me first to make sure I needed the medication. How exactly would you determine that? You want me to stop taking the medication and have my levels plummet before he would prescribe me the medicine? How dumb can you be. I’m glad I got that ignorant answer before I made him my doctor. Dr Briggs is really a wonderful carring Dr. I had to change my OLD Dr. due to him putting false things in my chart. When I I got Dr Briggs I had great talks with him, and he explained so many things to me. Dr Briggs is the TOP for me. Glad I have a terrific Dr Briggs.
I’ve been his patient for a couple years and have seen him a 2-3 times. Recently, I had a mix up on my own part with scheduling but Dr. Briggs and his staff at check-in were compassionate, understanding and managed to help me out. I’ve had upsetting issues with providers in the past and it takes a lot for me to open up to medical providers about my issues.
