Tyler was amazing until we signed the contract in late July 2025. After that he was slow to answer, slow to do the work and after our first big storm when we had a leak, he ghosted me. He did get a roof on but my confidence that it was done correctly and with integrity is low now. He talked about his "warranty" frequently. Super perplexing and disappointing.
