Shane and his team provided exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to source a product they did not have in stock, for a customer they had not dealt with before. They followed through and did what they said they would do, and the product arrived well within their anticipated timeframe. We appreciated their assistance, as it meant our works would not be delayed.
