I used Colten to clean two couches and it was a miserable experience. They quoted me $187 when I booked but then charged $400 for the service. Said the guy would arrive at 9... he showed up at 10:45 and was rushed the entire time. Said he was using chemicals and up-charged us for that, but I did not see him use any or pour any in the machine.
