We have dealt with Colten Electric on numerous occasions, Every time we have called, we get a response right away. Our first time was for an electrical short at our business. The young man that came out was so professional and got done right a way. The next time was when we were remodeling our kitchen, we needed some plugs redone and new lighting. We had an excellent experience! They were responsive, professional, and able to accommodate our timeline so we could stay on track for opening. The work was completed efficiently, at a fair price, and with great attention to detail throughout the project. We were very impressed with the overall quality of the service and professionalism from start to finish. We will absolutely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable electrical work in the Arkansas Valley.
I hired them to do a complete rewire for my 1100 sq ft house. They were wonderful to work with! They cleaned up every day and consulted with me regularly. The work is perfect. They were fast and efficient too!
Said they would call back. Never did. They came highly recommended, for some reason. Word of mouth goes both ways. Pretty sure they intentionally don’t answer calls from repeat callers. You’d be insane to do business with people who work so hard to drive you away. Zero stars. Does the boss know how the wife is handling things in the office?
