We had a disappointing experience with this roofer. Colt Roofing and Remodeling. The siding was not cut alone the roofline as agreed per contract, resulting in damage to our Hardie Board siding, which we had to repair ourselves or be charged an extra $1000.00. Additionally, we were promised information on rebates for two solar vents and warranty, which was not provided. Despite multiple attempts to contact Eric via text and email, we received no response. Very disappointed with the service.

We had a tree land on on the house during hurricane Beryl, and needed roof repairs along with a bunch of stuff in the home (drywall, flooring, paint, interior and exterior wall repair, some rafters) and Eric and his guys took care of everything, including making sure we got what we were owed from the insurance company. They did great work, cleaned up neatly after themselves and were a pleasure to deal with on every level. Eric Bosley is a master craftsman. Honest and knowledgable. Great workmanship at reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
I had some roof damages from Hurricane Beryl. COLT ROOFING, came in a timely manner. Repaired my roof in a timely manner for an affordable price. I will continue to use Colt Roofing in the future. I was satisfied with their services. Thanks again Colt Roofing.
