To the person who wrote about FNP Colt Picketts back being to them: Unfortunately the PCs in each patient room are mounted on the wall and cannot be moved. Poor design on the builders part who was likely thinking only of how neat and the level of privicy this design would provide. Colt Pickett has always been super attentive to myself and also my husband. He would turn around and speak directly to us at every opportunity. I personally do not like drs that keep their backs to you the entire visit. It does not build any rapport or trust and does not make a person feel heard or respected. That how my visit with him was. As an emergency personnel, i have seen plenty of drs give patients respect by simply talking to them, not at a screen. I will not be scheduling a visit with him ever again.
Excellent medical services, very attentive and caring personnel. Repeat patient, best choice for medical care
