What a day! Early morning started with someone smashed door of their car into my car leaving some scratches. Called the shop and was advised by Josh that he would gladly fix it for free if it was very minor and would take him a few minutes to polish. Said, done. The scratches were fixed in no time. That is how you do a business. Thank you Josh for saving my day! Wish you and the team all the best. I will be recommending you to all my friends (hopefully they would not need your services though! )!

Col’s did a fantastic job of repairing my car. The whole experience was very pleasant:staff were friendly and helpful, I was communicated with regularly on the progress of my claims, I was offered a courtesy car while my car was being repaired and my car was returned clean!
After serious crash caused by other party, Col's Body Shop stepped up and did an excellent job to repair the car. Every week, without exception, their manager Josh contacted us to provide an update on the works. Their quite was extremely detailed and contained full information on what was going to be done on the car. Josh even came to our garage to do the assessment knowing that it was difficult to tow the car to his shop. Perfect customer care.
