I had a scheduled colonoscopy performed at the Advent Health Surgery Center located on Armenia Avenue in Tampa, Florida. I can report that I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The staff was professional, and tended to my needs and I felt at ease (and confident) that all would end well. Dr. Farooq and his medical team performed their magic and I was home before I knew it. I told him the situation and how dire it was and how much pain I was in and how I needed really help immediately. The state of the art equipment they have here will blow your mind. Mary Jo made my experience one to remember, yeah, remember my youth!!! Highly recommended by me, I give Colowell a full 5 stars because they deserve it! I am very happy I look 10 years younger!
Absolutely horrible experience. I made an appointment here even though I live almost an hour away. When I made an appointment on the phone, they said they would send me everything to fill out before I got here. However, the only email I got was to confirm my appointment. My appointment was for 10:00, however, I was told to arrive 10 minutes early, which I did. After I waited almost an hour, I asked when I would be seen.
