Dr Farooq and his staff have been amazing. They are available, responsive, and thorough. I have been seeing them for a few years and each time I go it’s clear to me that they truly care about their patients’ health.
Dr. Farooq and his team of amazing staff were incredible for me! Let’s be honest if we’re at the colon doctor it’s not all roses all the time, but that being said, I wouldn’t and couldn’t have imagined having a better doctor and staff that was better equipped to handle not only my medical procedures on a professional level but the interaction, friendliness, compassion, and all around good vibes they give sets them apart from anyone else I’ve dealt w in the past. 10/10 for Dr. Farooq and the ladies of Colowell !
Checked in around 6, filled out a couple of forms, within 10 minutes I was called back to the window. They were so polite and happy for that time of morning. The young lady Angela said “we’re used to it”, with a beautiful smile. Everyone was so polite “Julie” was super sweet and patient. The entire process went smoothly. Great experience.
I had the absolute BEST first time experience at ColoWell this week. I went in not knowing what to expect, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles, and kindness. Not to mention the facility is beautiful! Dr. Farooq, Stacy, and the entire team were full of empathy and felt like they truly cared. Their medical knowledge was also reassuring and gave me confidence that I would be healthy again. HIGHLY recommend! 100x over!
