Colowell was such a life saver. I had been dealing with a fistula for 6 months trying to get treatment through SMH when I finally found this place. They immediately helped me get surgery which was half the cost I had been quoted other places. Dr. Farooq was well educated and had wonderful bedside manners! My experience is as follows: They have at Colowell a well trained staff capable of handling every aspect of treatment at the facility. In addition, the staff treats all patients with respect and dignity. The equipments are state of the art medical equipments. The price of service is the lowest in the Tampa Bay region.Highly satisfied with my last treatment at Colowell America. As a result of my experience, I give them 5 stars.

🥺😭😭… So I had just left the hospital with a referral card in hand for this place Coming recommended because of the sense of urgency. I called and the receptionist/intake. I told him the situation and how dire it was and how much pain I was in and how I needed really help immediately. At first, this place seemed nice, but be very careful , they can charge your card without permission. Do not let them save your payment information. I thought I could work with this clinic, but after I noticed a strange charge, I called them to ask about it. They claimed I had signed some form, but I never did. They refused to correct it and were extremely rude on the phone.
