The first time I visit this office, I had a good experience with the staff and the Doctor. Unfortunately, do to insurance deductible I had to cancel the procedure that was scheduled for me. Not long after, I called the office again to schedule it again, for the next three weeks I left messages with the front desk and for the surgical coordinator. No one ever reached out to me about it. 🥺😭😭… So I had just left the hospital with a referral card in hand for this place Coming recommended because of the sense of urgency. I called and the receptionist/intake. I told him the situation and how dire it was and how much pain I was in and how I needed really help immediately. The state of the art equipment they have here will blow your mind. Mary Jo made my experience one to remember, yeah, remember my youth!!! Highly recommended by me, I give Colowell a full 5 stars because they deserve it! I am very happy I look 10 years younger!
I had a scheduled colonoscopy performed at the Advent Health Surgery Center located on Armenia Avenue in Tampa, Florida. I can report that I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The staff was professional, and tended to my needs and I felt at ease (and confident) that all would end well. Dr. Farooq and his medical team performed their magic and I was home before I knew it.
