To anyone considering this salon: DO NOT go here. Especially if you are a person of color or expect basic respect, consent, or professionalism. This was my first time getting my hair done in Canada. I came in with a Groupon - $66 that included a haircut, deep conditioning, and partial highlights. I also paid an additional $146 (total of $212) at the salon for toner, colour, tax, and tip. Horrible Experience!!! Unprofessional, Disrespectful and Racially Insensitive Owner Angelo Del Giudice! Poor quality of the service was NOTHING compared to the owner’s absolute worst behaviour! When I returned to request a correction or refund, the owner, Angelo Del Giudice, mocked me, spoke disrespectfully, and became aggressive. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! The owner was incredibly rude and didn’t want to hear the issue at all. Even though we went there respectfully to ask to fix a bad highlight job, he got very annoyed and started lashing out, including touching and getting physical to kick us out. The stylist Susie claims she has 20+ years of experience but the work she does not represent her so called experience. She advised to use WINDEX to clean the extra hair dye she left on my GFs forehead. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I purchased a Groupon for my eldest daughters birthday and went to Susie last September for a cut, deep conditioning and style. My little daughter loved her sister's hair so much that she asked to go for her birthday in June. I called to make an appointment and was told that I am unable to as I was there before. I explained that yes my older daughter was there but my littlest wanted to come for highlights.
