Alfonso does an amazing men’s fade
I have been coming to this salon for haircuts with Farrah and she has been absolutely amazing with me and has always been on point with my cuts and has listened to exactly what I want. The staff is super friendly, salon very clean and cozy ambiance. Also a huge shout out Laura the aesthetician, she has done my eyebrows and I’ve had so many great experiences with her. I’ve been seeing Farrah at Colors Hair Study for many years. I’ve always found her very professional and the staff and owner very welcoming and professional. Farrah has been doing my hair for many years and I’ve yet to find any other stylist who can even come close to making my hair look as amazing as she does. The other stylist and owner, Angelo, are always very friendly, helpful and professional. I’ve sent many people to Colors and everyone has found it exactly as I do.
To anyone considering this salon: DO NOT go here. Especially if you are a person of color or expect basic respect, consent, or professionalism. This was my first time getting my hair done in Canada. I came in with a Groupon - $66 that included a haircut, deep conditioning, and partial highlights. I also paid an additional $146 (total of $212) at the salon for toner, colour, tax, and tip. Horrible Experience!!! Unprofessional, Disrespectful and Racially Insensitive Owner Angelo Del Giudice! Poor quality of the service was NOTHING compared to the owner’s absolute worst behaviour! When I returned to request a correction or refund, the owner, Angelo Del Giudice, mocked me, spoke disrespectfully, and became aggressive.
