From the first communication with Deb she instantly made me feel comfortable. Communication through email was easy and effortlessly, no questions were too much for Deb she always responded and came up with ideas on looks when I struggled with what I wanted. Deb was great right from the hair trial. I had no idea what I wanted or what my hair was capable of so was probably a bit of a challenging customer. She was very patient and flexible. It was a pleasure doing business with her and would recommend her highly.
