Mel is an absolute gem! Not only is she incredibly talented with hair, but she’s also one of the kindest and most fun people to be around. Every appointment feels like catching up with a good friend. What I appreciate most is that she really listens—she takes the time to understand exactly what you want and makes it happen, all while making you laugh and feel totally at ease. I always leave her chair feeling confident, happy, and already looking forward to the next visit!

Mel is amazing, she listened to what I wanted and the result turned out amazing! I had my hair bleached and dyed red for the first time and it looked phenomenal. She did so good with the highlights and creating this gorgeous depth in my hair. Highly recommend, will be going back!
