My husband and I purchased 9 blinds from Ray four years ago. 6 motorized and 3 roller for our new home. We have been very pleased with the quality of the blinds but more importantly the exceptional customer service we have received from Ray. Without any hesitation Ray came by recently to resolve an issue we were having with our motorized blinds that are still under warranty. They are working like new again. The five star reviews dont come as a surprise. After getting a tour of my friends new house, the colours, wallpaper and beautiful window and door blinds all came from this quaint little shop in downtown Kingsville. I got a chance to meet Ray & Penny and they are so Knowledgable on there products. My friends couldnt say enough good about them and how efficient, professional and reasonably priced .
