I ordered business cards in May 2021, when I first started my business. The product that I received was not accurate. I collected card samples from Colour Tech to physically see their card finishes and thickness before finalizing my order. I referenced one of the samples and told them I wanted the exact same thickness and finish. I did not receive what I asked for. I have been a customer at ColourTech since 2010. The staff and services have been consistently great over the years. Wishing a special thank you to Debbie, her leadership is admirable.
I have used colour tech on numerous occasions over the years. They constantly make mistakes and do not put in any extra effort to provide you with quality graphic designs within reasonable time frames. When you ask for errors to be corrected or any revisions they take 1-2 days to get back to you with each proof or at least until you reach out to them directly.
