HTL is CTC name changed but same criminals aka scammers.. my car was half done but charge my insurance full pay also they bribe apraisal guys , my car was total loss but giving comission to apraisal guy and wrote fixable. even tho the first day they said oh your car is write off dont no point of letting your insurance remove the car from our shop ... after 4 months i got half repair done to my car , charged my insurance company $17800 , reported car fax as severe damage ... dont sign anything and leave your car at Collision ... read more
They run an absolute scamming business here. They pressure you into towing your truck and then scam you through your insurance company and make a bad report for you. Takes forever for them to get the job done.
This place changed name from HTL to CTC that have been ripping people off by the same people scammers I had an accident last year in November 2023 the tow took my car in here HTL which I had very bad experience 👎👎
This place changed it's name to HTL repairs. Not sure if they changed it back. Regardless, horrible place. My mom got into an accident, and the tow truck driver pressured her to tow the truck to this "collision reporting center", despite telling me on the phone that they were going to the OPP. Once the car is towed here, someone posed as the owner of this place to pressure my mom into signing a repair order. Once the repair order is signed, good luck seeing the car. RUN away from this shop! Terrible service!! They force you to fix your car without even seeing it. They won’t let you release your car after towing. DO NOT TRUST them. The Worst Experience Ever!!!
