I was very disappointed with my recent purchase from this flower shop. The prices were high, yet the customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful. Premium pricing should come with respectful and attentive service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Never support this local business everyone
Very disappointing experience I went to Colour On Stems Florist this morning to order a $170 bouquet as a gift for my son’s teacher. I placed my order, chose the flowers I wanted, and the florist asked for full payment upfront. I explained that I didn’t have the group’s money with me at that moment but would come back later to pay before picking it up. I came here for last min graduation flowers for my sister, Fiona was so fast and helpful in creating the exact bouquet I wanted. Pricing great too thanks so much Fiona 🩷
