I've been going regularly to CF Colossus for over a year now. Hamish and his team are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you get fitter and better at the workouts whilst staying safe. I've seen massive improvements in my strength and fitness and in others too. It's a great environment, friendly people and the easiest way to get extremely fit very quickly. Give it a go if you're curious!

Stopped here last week to see what classes they ran here- found the staff and instructors both helpful and informative. So would definately, recommend anyone looking for a smaller, more personal local gym in the Kingston area.
