I'm always shy when it comes to new places but the people there were very nice, welcoming and helpful. Made me a new mod and got some new juice (love all the selections to chose from). Will definitely come back again. :)
You really just can't go wrong here. Benji and his staff are highly knowledgeable and friendly, you have that mom-and-pop lax type store and it's great. They set me up with an iPV D2 with an artic tank, thing produces fantastic clouds and hits like silk, easy to use. #Colossal selection of e-juice, and tons of great tanks and mods to choose from...great experience and great prices. Stopped by today at the recommendation of an employee that is a long time friend. I have to say I was not disappointed. Nice shop layout with a relaxing atmosphere, not full of uptight vape snobs like some shops. Tasting bar was set up beautifully, with all tasters labeled and at the customers fingertips. I came in last night with 2 buddies. They have been talking about your shop for a long time so I figured I'd see what it's all about. I live in Aurora so it's not just down the street, I will pass 50 shops just to come back to you guys. The staff is awesome, most shops act like you are bothering them by asking questions. Not the staff at Colossal. Thanks for everything. You definitely go out of your way to give people great customer service and that is unheard of these days.
