Untrustworthy and unprofessional. Three weeks ago, Miles promised me a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired. After all that waiting, Nick suddenly told me—just a day before drop-off—that ICBC said I had to rent a car myself. When I reminded him that their promise had nothing to do with ICBC, he changed the story again and said “we’ll call you next week.” They wasted almost a month with false promises and manipulation. Avoid this place.
