Cilanne and Ross at the East Vancouver location make a great team! I crunched my bumper and headlight and they were both so prompt, professional and dedicated to getting me back up and rolling again. Truly, they went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right fix for the best price. Excellent communication and customer service throughout the whole process. Went in to fix 2 scratches on a door, came out looking like new, colour is spot on (Subaru metallic grey), the whole process was super smooth including getting a rental (which was mostly covered under the policy I had), would definitely go back for any paint work.
Had a great experience with Colorworks for my leased Toyota. The process was quick and hassle-free, and Cilanne was incredibly helpful—she truly puts the customer first. Highly recommend!
