My car got hit in the parking lot and my front fender and headlight had some damage. Colorworks not only made my car look brand new again in only 4 days, but also had exceptional customer service. They worked directly with my insurance company and even with the rental car company to ensure I had a seamless experience. I was filled in every step of the way and all questions were answered thoroughly. While I hope I don’t find myself in this situation again, I will 100% be returning here if I do! Highly recommend their service.
From the very beginning Keith and the team were so friendly, professional and reasonable with their options as to what was needed to fix my vehicle. You can’t even tell that my door was hit and the paint match looks fantastic! I was worried about this part because I had been advised by my dealership that Mazda paint can be hard to match because of the tri colour sparkle but they really did such an amazing job and in a timely manner. I would recommend Colorworks to anyone who needs repairs or a paint job!
They were exceptionally kind and professional. Clear in communication about the work needed and timelines. This is a great local business and wonderful neighbours to have.
I changed my review from a 2 star to a 4 star. I'll explain why. When Keith (owner) became aware that there were issues with the repair, he immediately reached out to me. He wanted to know what he could do to ensure my 100% satisfaction. We set up a couple of appointments where he personally worked as hard and quick as he could to remedy the situation......even paid to have Edmonds help with the repairs. Colorworks was fast to quote the repair and it was completed in a timely manner. HOWEVER, 1st time I went back....it was the wrong shade. 2nd time I went back a piece of trim had a gap, they offered to get new clips. 3rd time I went back, new clips were put on and no change in gap. I was told "I can't eat anymore, we'll have to come to an arrangement ".....meaning I'd have to pay for a part that was most likely damaged during teardown (agreed upon consenus).
