These folks have been tasked with fixing my dishwasher for many weeks. They called and said that they had the parts, and would come out on a Saturday morning. They called back and said it would be Saturday afternoon, then late afternoon. No show, even though I waited until nearly 10:00 for them to call. Since then they have failed to return calls, now have a full mailbox, and I don't know when I will receive my parts. I also purchased service through a Home Depot Protection Plan. The Colortronics tag line on their invoices says "The Competent Ones". They're not fooling me! The short version: I went without a working dishwasher for SIX WEEKS, and Colortronics tried and failed to repair the issue. Worse, we had water leaking into our wood floor after they replaced the wrong part and didn't verify the actual problem (which is what caused the leak). My hardwood floor is permanently damaged and will cost me around $1500 to repair. I will avoid them at all costs in the future. And this isn't the first time... read more

Horrible Service, Extreme Lack of Urgency & Professionalism We have an LG refrigerator under original warranty service. Upon contacting LG due to our freezer not holding temperature (our food is thawing out) we were given an authorization number and told to contact Colortronics. From the first contact the person was very unprofessional. I told him the issue and provided the Ref. number. It was early afternoon and I was told that I had to call back at 9am the next morning when the "boss" was in because he did the scheduling. ... read more

Dont not go! – I took my tv to colortronics TWICE and both times my tv came back working worse then it did when i took it in. I would never recommend this place to anyone. it was a waste of my time, gas and money

warranty work – At first I was skeptical of this place due to the store front itself. Once inside however I knew these guys had the background and knowledge to perform the maintenance work on my, brand new mind you, 32" LCD panel recently purchased at Circuit City. It took no more than a week but sure enough they were linked in to the manufacturers knowledge base identified the probelm and it was fixed. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my electronics back to these guys in the future.

Not good service – I have a warranty with Samsung and this tech wanted me to pay extra money for his service. I think this company is "money hungry"

horrible service – I recently had a tech come out to fix my washer from this company and he was beyond the rudest man I ever met. The job he did was horrible, my washer is still leaking, and I had to pay for another tech to come out to my place. Colortronics is by far the worst repair company, do not go here for service!!!!!
