I would not even give a one star review but its required. Eva is probably one of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. My daughter had her bridal party go into the shop the morning of her wedding to get their hair done, and it turned into a complete nightmare! Not only was she confrontational, she was not prepared to service the bridal party in a timely manner. She tried to tell them what she wanted instead of listening to the client. After getting my hair cut at a different salon and that turning into an uneven and not blended disappoint I went to see Kat. She is PHENOMENAL! She not only fixed the previous cut, she gave me exactly what I wanted. I feel amazing! When you leave a salon you should feel happy, uplifted and confident, I felt all of those things and more. She turned my disappointment into delight! THANK YOU KAT!
Kat did a wonderful job! It was my first visit after moving to NSB. I am so happy to have found a place to be my new salon. The salon is beautiful and the staff very kind and professional. Thank you Kat for doing a great job with my color and cut!
I got my hair cut from Kat at the beginning of April. I got a trim on my hair and then got bangs. Today she trimmed up my bangs for me. I cannot thank Kat enough! I don’t know what I would have done without her! When I came to her for the original cut it was a spur of the moment appointment because I had an appointment with another salon and they canceled on me 30 minutes before my appointment time.
