Update: After seeing the salon’s response, it’s clear my decision to go elsewhere since this was just. Instead of being honest and trying to help, they thought being rude and insinuating I was being dishonest was the way to go. My daughter & I had Lora and Kat. Both were amazing and explained every step to us. Kat did my daughter’s hair and Lora did mine. We left feeling beautiful. Super clean salon & we loved it. They take their time & do not rush. The owner was super nice and was always booked. No idea why someone would give Eva a one star. I which the salon and stylists could move to Tampa where I live. We will be back the next time we’re in town.
