The owner was gracious enough to honor a groupon that I had purchased during the pandemic. That I do appreciate. However the stylist I had needs some work on her customer service! On arrival she didn't know what I was there for. I was there for a pedicure and haircut, she thought pedicure and manicure. The pedicure chair had to be filled with hot water and put into a plastic home foot spa to put my feet which was very unstable.
