DO NOT GO HERE. I was physically restrained and had my purse taken. Had to call the cops on them. I came in wearing temporary stick-on nails and asked for them removed followed by a classic manicure. The technician who appeared to be the owner used a nail drill on the skin around my nails — not just once, but after I asked her at least four times to stop and be more careful. If I could give this place a zero I would. I went to get my nails done for vacation. I got a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was decent but could have been better. When I got my nails done, she did listen to me about how short I wanted them which was nice because most places won’t. However as she was doing it, my fingers started to become sore as she was being really rough filing them. She also kept pushing at my cuticles so much longer than I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. Felt very rushed not relaxing at all. I really wanted my nails cleaned up from winter and cuticle care. She barely spent any time doing that. Digging her nails into my toes, it was actually painful when she was filing and just not a great experience . Toenails were not shaped nice and uneven. Done in 15 minute's. Have gone here before and had good experience but was not impressed at all. Will probably not go back.

I spent a lot of money for the royal pedicure then another $12 for gel polish. $12 for gel polish is crazy. But that's not the worst. My pedicure that cost so much money was not great. My lady dug into my toenails so many times I had to keep pulling my feet back. But she kept doing it. To the point of now, my toes are sooooo sore I can't even put shoes on and it hurts to walk. If you care about the health and integrity of your nails, DO NOT come here. Although it’s decorated very well and take walk ins the cons outweigh these two pros. I did my nails on 04/2- it took the girl 2 hours and 15 min to do a full set of acrylic. By 04/10 nails were popping off. I go in April 20th to remove the remaining of acrylic nails, after the soak off , the nail tech was USING HER OWN NAIL TO SCRAPE OFF WHATEVER I HAD REMAINING . I asked her “ don’t you want to use this tool here to scrape off whatever I have left”... read more
