it sucked. i’ve heard good things about color pop from my friends who go there, but i have a horrible experience. it might’ve just been the woman who did my nails. she was very nice and we got to sit right away with no wait, but getting my nails done was torture. when she had the drill, it hurt so bad. so bad to the point where i started bleeding on like 4 fingers. she said sorry but ouch. then she put this stuff on a cotton ball and put it on the cuts and it stung SO BAD. my nails aren’t that bad, but i wish she did my fren... read more

I’ve used their services many times, but each visit leaves my skin irritated and sore for days. I’ve reached the point where I feel I need to leave an honest review—I won’t be returning. I’ve overlooked the fact that the service often feels quite rude (maybe it’s cultural, I’m not sure), and I still gave them tips every time. But the lack of attention to detail is frustrating—they’ve even forgotten to do certain fingers more than once. Time to find a new nail spot that values both quality and care. 3 stars because the pedicure came out very nice and felt great! As for the atmosphere.. very uncomfortable. The I assume owner kept correcting and yelling at the Hispanic worker that was doing my pedicure, shaking her head and sighing at her through my appointment. In between my session, she had her handle another customer, which during that, she also was yelling and correcting the woman. I could tell the woman that was doing my nails was visibly upset.. I probably won’t be back again after that.
