We had a very complicated transaction that required getting attorneys, architects, and a surveyor involved and Rachel and her team were very helpful along the way and helping us get to the finish line.
Great people! We used them for subleasing services and everything was extremely professional. Communication and the team was great, let alone the results. We moved over from a different brokerage and the experience was night a day, wish we would’ve contacted them much earlier. Thanks again guys!
This was a tough sale of a commercial property due to the condition of the building and it's long-time single use along with long-time street construction affecting two sides of the lot, but a great location. Rachel, Jennifer and Ryan stuck with it until we found the right buyer. They went above and beyond with some last minute heroics (Thanks Ryan AKA Flash) and deal making to get the transaction done. I would definitely work with this group again for a commercial sale.
