awful service would not recommend anyone getting their car fixed here. Had deer hit my car on the 31st of Dec. they told me it would be fixed on the 20th originally and then was told they could not get the parts, then I was told I would have it this last friday. called them today, and now they are saying its either Tuesday or wednesday, which more then likely will give me another run around on why its still not done, I will never have my car to be fixed by them again.

Ive dealt with Dons Body Shop some years prior when my Jeep was damaged and the owner and the service was great! So when my truck was vandalized, I quickly told my insurace agency that this is who I wanted to deal with again. The services this particular time was very very different. No one is ever happy about having to take your car to the body shop. I was so upset when I got run off the road and my beautiful Saturn Ion was smashed. It took a little time (a month with the holidays) but got my car back today and it was so pretty. I am very happy with the work they did. They were friendly and always willing to talk when I called with a quesiton. You can trust them!
