I sent a discontinued lipstick (the full tube, not just a sample) in to get custom matched. The lipstick I received back looks nothing like the one I sent in. In the photo attached, the top color is the one they sent me and the bottom is the original. I did one swipe with the original and had to do two swipes with the color they sent because it was so sheer it barely showed up. Their make up is a joke. What is this? How can you stay in business? Are you stuck in 1999?
I have been a big girl my entire life, but I am far from ugly. These ladies make your feel like being the slightest bit overweight that your are disgusting and no amount of make up could cover an ugly soul. Get it together ladies. Find beauty in your customers and open your minds to the fact we are all never going to look like Barbie- to be honest- most of us don't want to. It's okay though- what you fail to do, Clinique does perfectly.
